Lead Pastor

Daniel Liu was born and raised in Staten Island, New York to a Christian family. He has 3 older sisters and his parents are from Canton and Hong Kong, China.

After graduating from Rutgers University in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Dan worked for the Department of the Army for four years before pursuing God's call to ministry at Westminster Theological Seminary. Dan was called as an Associate Pastor in 2015 working with young adults and collegians and has been the Lead Pastor at Crossroads since 2019.

Dan and his wife Jennifer, a neonatal intensive care unit nurse at a local hospital, are blessed with three young daughters.

Associate Pastor - Youth Pastor - Clerk of the Session

Rob Maeder is the husband of Suzanne, and together they have been blessed with three children: Leo, Zoe, and Lux. Rob earned his undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Maryland before pursuing his Master of Divinity at Reformed Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C. In the wake of Superstorm Sandy in 2012, Rob and his family moved to serve at Crossroads Church. He was ordained as Assistant Pastor in September 2014 and later transitioned to his current role as Associate Pastor, where he continues to enjoy serving the congregation. Rob has served as moderator of the West Hudson Presbytery and currently serves as the Clerk of Session.
